Brief · v1 · May 13 2026

The site is a
consulting practice.

Not a token launchpad. Not a trading platform. Not a manifesto. A working consulting practice that happens to ship its own builder coin, publish a NewsDesk, and run a school. Everything on the site should serve the question: do I trust this person to do hands-on Web3 work for me?

Primary objective

In 6 months, the site exists to
Book qualified strategy calls with Web3-native founders.
Why this
Consulting is the highest-margin revenue, the moat is the founder's hands-on experience, and the audience (Web3-native founders launching a project) already has wallets and is ready to pay. Other surfaces — $SCOM, School, NewsDesk — feed this funnel.
Decline if
Visitor isn't ready to pay 200+ for a session, OR isn't Web3-native, OR is here for the token only.

Funnel

01
Land
Stranger sees: hands-on operator, services-first. Reads founder positioning + active projects.
02
Engage
Either books a call, OR subscribes to NewsDesk, OR backs a project — three valid micro-conversions.
03
Convert
Booked strategy call. Calendly fires. Stripe holds. Calendar invite sent.

Audience

Primary
Web3-native founders — already have wallets, already understand L2s, planning or in-progress on a token / agent / community launch.
Decline
Retail / traders / DeFi yield-tourists. Not the customer.

Differentiation

In one line
Hands-on. Values in order. Pro expansion.
Translation
  • Hands-on — the founder personally executes; this is not a platform with 47 anonymous consultants.
  • Values in order — principled before profitable. Liberation over extraction.
  • Pro expansion — we plan for our clients to scale, not to stay small.
Anti-positioning
Not a launchpad. Not a fund. Not a DAO. Not a trading desk. A practice.

Tone

Voice
Pragmatic consulting firm. Calm, expert, services-first.
Sounds like
"We've shipped 14 of these. Here's the playbook." Not: "Stop manually managing your Web3 community — hire a Cyborg Agency!"
Reading level
Founder-to-founder. Web3 jargon allowed without translation.

Design principles

Keep
  • The CRT / terminal aesthetic
  • The dark blue / brass-gold / mono-blue palette
  • The HUD corner brackets
Fix
  • Generous padding & margins — the content needs room to breathe
  • Bigger nav typography (current is 11px, target 14–15px)
  • Interactive controls sit above the CRT effect, never inside or behind it

Do not

Forbidden
› Do not put a price ticker at the top of the home page
› Do not lead with the token
› Do not call it a "platform" or "Cyborg Agency" in the hero
› Do not bury the founder behind anonymous "13 agents" branding

Success at 30 / 90 days

30 days
5 paid strategy calls booked through the site. Calendly conversion measured.
90 days
20 paid calls, 1 retainer from a call, 500 NewsDesk subscribers.
Vanity
Wallet connects, traffic, staking — measured but not the scoreboard.
